Sous Chef Wanted

I love cooking. With that said I don't love all the prep work and especially dislike the clean up. My Papa Joe and mom both tried to teach me to wash and clean up as I go. Haven't quite grasped that concept. I make a mess on every counter. It would be great if I could have someone clean up after me. I know my kids should have that job, I'm working on that. In the meantime there is a kitchen just waiting for me to clean it, where's a sous chef when you need one?
