Caramel Craziness

I've been thinking about what to give the teachers at GJHS for a while. I got a wild hair to do a gourmet caramel apple for the teacher idea. No prob. I was happy with the end result, even if I was in the kitchen from 10:00 until 4:00. Other's offered to help, but I know the day before school starts is crazy busy. Kudos and accolades to the incomparable J. Stott for making such a darling tag!
This is what 60 apples look like all ready to go for delivery tomorrow morning at 6am!
