It was a breakthrough year for Syd. She really did it! It's coming, wait for it.......
Sydney and Debbie love each other. They have a way better teacher student relationship, much different than her relationship with her dance teacher. It's coming, coming..........
TA DA!! Look closely, yes it's right there! Her head is off the mat on her bridge! Off the MAT. She makes her mama proud!
Unfortunately for Syd and to the dismay of her beloved teacher, Debbie, she got the curse. Like her mom, Sydney is NOt limber. Poor thing, I did what they said, as a baby I stretched her little limbs, I tried to give her the literal leg up. Dang those genetics!
She had quite the fan club, including, Kay Mae, Aunt Kelly, Grandma, Nan, Dad, even big Bro Brock was there to cheer!
Ally Jo and Sydney are inseparable any time they are together. Hopefully Sydney can be determined and work to one day tumble like her cousins, Ally and Erika. (Only if she wants, certainly I'm not one to live my life over again through my daughter!)
Certainly this princess wouldn't wear the plain jane scrunchie that came with the costume! Well, at least not for the recital!
Where do you go after a 12:00 performance? When Syd and Brock are choosing it's Sweet Tomatoes!
