Sometimes our best ideas and intentions don't always produce the results we want.
Jason and I thought we were pretty much brilliant when we decided a 7:30 reservation for dinner with the fam at Bennihana's would be a great way to kick off this three day weekend.
Dinner started great with a round of napkin hats and Japanese drumsticks for everyone.....
Things went downhill pretty fast from there thanks to the two tables of loud drunk people next to us, super slow service, kids being tired, and the worst was the frigid temperature. Not even the sweatshirts from the back of the car could take the chill off.
Things perked up when the beloved volcano erupted. But it wasn't too long after that they were dropping like flies.
She just couldn't hold on. Even Cole went without ice cream to retreat to the car. At least we made a memory?
