On so many levels these pictures are disturbing. I was shocked to walk into the living room and find my daughter helping herself to lunch. Raw cup of noodles. She would bite off bits of styrofoam, and eat the noodles, bits of styrofoam, noodles... I should have taken a picture of the carpet, it looked like a styrofoam snowfall.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Just another side effect of a crumby economy.
