Soups On

I was asked to help with food for a stake enrichment coming up. I have several soup recipes that are always yummy, but since this is a special occasion I decided to try a few new recipes to see if one sparks mine and my family's interest. Last night was ancho chili corn chowder. Muy delicioso, but maybe a bit too spicy for some palates. Tonight was fire roasted creamy tomato soup. My mom says this may be the one. It went especially well with the four cheese grilled sandwiches. Still three more recipes to try.....
