Having a summer birthday has it's pros and cons. Summer vacation is not the time to celebrate with friends. Swim parties are one of the pluses of being born in July. We celebrated with cousins and friends at Nan's house almost a full month after the actual day.
There was swimming, eating, singing, dancing, pinatas, and presents. The highlight of the party was when the rock star came and entertained... aka Mrs. Standage. (Love you Tracy!:)
